You may decide to continue to be seen by ADHD Treatments Surrey for these specialist reviews or you may want to ask your GP to be referred to your local NHS ADHD service for further follow up

Following any follow up appointments, we will write a brief letter and email it to you and your GP. When you are happy with your treatment we will complete a Shared Care Agreement and email it to you and your GP. Both you and your GP will need to sign the agreement for the GP to take over the prescribing and physical monitoring of your ADHD medication.
