Our clinic
Those who prefer to meet face-to-face for their appointments will meet with one of our clinicians at our clinic in Redhill.
We relocated to 6 Linkfield Corner in November 2023 to provide a greater patient experience for those who chose to work with us. Our clinic space is designed to be accessible, comfortable, clean, welcoming and private.
Accessibility
The clinic is conveniently located in Redhill, Surrey a 10 minute drive from junction 8 of the M25. Parking is available at Linkfield Corner Car Park which is a two minute walk from the clinic.
Entry into the clinic is by appointment only to ensure minimal disturbance to those who are meeting with our clinicians. The doors are operated by magnetic release which offers a greater degree of safety for children. The clinic is accessible to those who require mobility aids. Portable hearing loop devices are available for those who are hearing impaired.
Comfort
The clinic is light and spacious but privacy is ensured with opaque glass covers at the entrance and on each of our three clinic rooms.
Patients and their families are greeted in a welcoming reception area. This separate area allows us to meet with individuals within a family separately while the others wait in comfort. We offer tea, coffee and soft drinks to all who visit. Children are always glad of the long corridor between clinic rooms where they can run or jump to get rid of some energy during a assessment meeting! We provide fidget toys to those who find them helpful.
Privacy
The clinic has three rooms where we meet with patients and their families. Each room is fitted with sound proofing equipment to ensure that all conversations remain private.
The furniture has been carefully selected to ensure it meets infection control standards but remains comfortable. We have done everything possible to try and cater to the needs of our patients. Even the clocks don't tick to avoid irritation to those who are noise sensitive.
